FAQ

What is the most common badminton grip size?

G5 is the most common all-round size. G4 is larger (good for big hands), and G6 is smaller (good for small hands or players who layer overgrips).

Should I size up or down?

Size down. It is easier to build a thin grip up with overgrips than to shave a thick one down. Most players choose a smaller base grip and add one overgrip.

How does grip size affect play?

A grip that is too large restricts wrist snap and finger control; too small can cause over-gripping and fatigue. The right size lets you change grips quickly between forehand and backhand.
